LeMMINGs Candidate Explorer -- real data, 1.5GHz + 5GHz literature overlay

Core dataset: all 280 Palomar-sample galaxies, real per-galaxy values from the published LeMMINGs III Table A1 (Baldi et al. 2021, arXiv:2109.06205) at 1.5 GHz.

5 GHz overlay: ~30 named galaxies with real, individually-citable values transcribed from LeMMINGs VII (Williams-Baldwin, Baldi, Beswick, ... A. Beri, et al. 2026, arXiv:2603.08562). The full 280-row 5GHz machine-readable table is not included here -- it exists only in the paper's Zenodo supplementary record, which isn't reachable from this app's environment. This is stated openly rather than faked.
